Original Artwork
Every original painting is a one-of-a-kind work of art. Because of its unique nature, all original artwork sales are final. If you artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact Pawsh Boutique within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the artwork so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Custom Commission Artwork
Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for you, all commission sales are final once work has begun.
No refunds or cancellations are available after painting has started.
Pet Treats & Consumable Products
For the safety of all pets, edible treats and consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Retail Products
Unused retail merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived damaged.
