At Pawsh Boutique, every order is carefully packaged with the same attention and care that goes into creating each piece of artwork.
Processing Times
Original Artwork
Original artwork typically ships within 3–5 business days after payment has been received.
Commissioned Artwork
Each commissioned painting is created by hand and requires time to ensure the highest quality.
Please allow 4–6 weeks for completion unless another timeline has been agreed upon before work begins.
You will receive tracking information once your artwork has shipped.
Retail Products
Most retail items ship within 2–5 business days.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, destination, and the shipping option that best protects your purchase.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Pawsh Boutique within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Lost Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of Pawsh Boutique's control. However, I will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to help locate your shipment.
International Shipping
Pawsh Boutique currently ships throughout the United States and is happy to consider international orders.
If you are located outside the United States, please contact me before placing your order so I can provide an accurate shipping quote and estimated delivery time.
